Today , the NCCHWO team of J&K undertook a programme in conjunction with Social Welfare Deptt . The programme was attended by Rotary Club Elite ,Jammu, and Inner Wheel Club ,Jammu. The programme was held at Nari Niketan ,RS Pura, Jammu. Director Social Welfare Deptt, Ms Smita Sethi was the Chief Guest accompanied by three officers of Social Welfare. Alongwith Brig
Harcharan Singh, Smt Pooja Malhotra, Gurvinder Kour , Ramnik Singh and Capt Ghar Singh of NCCHWO were also present.Three tricycle wheel Chairs were presented to handicapped persons , which would enable them to move on their own . Brig Harcharan Singh & his wife sponsored two chairs , third chair was sponsored by Sh Navin Jain. Rotary Club presented Sanitizers and Face mask. Inner wheel Club presented Sanitizing Pedal dispenser ,along with
Sanitizer.Active participation of Tejinder Kaur of Keshav Ishav Welfare Society, Capt Ghar Singh of NCCHWO and Daljit Kaur of Inner Wheel Club ,Jammu was appreciated. Event was conducted by Ms Gurvinder Kaur, while vote of thanks was presented by Ms Pooja Malhotra.It was told that girls will be given Self Defence Training ,in near future.The efforts of NCCHWO were appreciated by the Chief Guest and recipient of the aid.The Girl students and poor students were assured of all help and guidance for their studies.
