1. NCCHWO is working in various fields of Women Empowerment and Welfare Projects for the society. .The projects are executed by volunteer members, who plan the details meticulously. Certain projects require use of Public facilities like Stadium/ Playgrounds / Auditoriums. In the past , positive support has been extended by Officers from Govt Sectt and Chandigarh University, to execute programmes related to Martial Arts Classes for Women/Students and for organising Motivational lectures on various contemporary issues.
2. Spectacular role has been played by MC Commissioner & Sports Secretary Chandigarh Mr KK Yadav to accord opportunities to the youth ,in the field of sports. NCCHWO had planned to run a programme to teach Self Defence Techniques for Women. For this , services of Volunteers was taken, who are highly qualified Martial Arts Instructors, of International repute. There was a plan to prepare Students for National/ International Competetions as well. The preperation of candidates requires stadium, equipped with international standard facilities. After understanding the selfless zeal and plan of NCCHWO, ,the Sports Secretary promised to provide the facilities of the sports stadium. This United efforts of the Government and NCCHWO would ensure preparation of World class Players and will empower the women in self defence martial arts techniques as well. 3. To express the gratitude of the citizens and to felicitate the positive spirit of Mr KK Yadav,IAS, a delegate of NCCHWO called on him ,consisting of National Chief Secretary of the organisation,Mr Ranjit Verma and IT Head, Mr DS Dogra. A Siropa and Appreciation Certificate was presented in recognition of the contributions made by Mr KK Yadav, towards Women Empowerment and development of Sports activities amongst the youth . Mr Ranjit Verma said that NGOs have potential to help the Govt in many fields of Welfare and Human Resource Development. The positive help provided by Govt officers to the NGOs will ensure , maximum benefits are taken by the youth in all Govt Schemes, specially designed for development of sports and Employment. Mr KK Yadav ensured help in all programmes which would help the youth to enhance their potential and bring laurels for the country.
