Dr. Vasantha,(Ex NSG Black Cat Commando), earlier appointed State President (Civil Defense Cell Karnataka ) , has been considered for upgradation . Keeping in view, his past performance, execution of Public Welfare Projects and Recommendations of *Brig. Harcharan Singh, National Administrator*, the National Committee , NCCHWO , has approved appointment of Mr. K. Vasantha as *National Coordinator (Civil Defense Cell)* with immediate effect. He will continue to hold the appointment of State President CDC ( Karnataka.).
Mr Vasantha Will be responsible to constitute CDC Cells in all the States and recommend the appropriate candidates for appointment to CDC Cells.
Promotion letter and Identity Card is being issued to him separately.
