03 Feb 20. Jammu. A meeting of members of NCCHWO was held to chalk out the future course of action. J&K chapter in-charge Brig Harcharan Singh briefed all present on the role and planning of activities in future. IG JP Singh, IAS kindly consented to be a
member & hold the key appointment. The appointments in the organization are under finalisation. All members gave their valuable suggestions , including methodology for Unarmed Combat training.
National Chief Secretary, Chairman and President praised to Brig. Harcharan Singh for this best service to be started in J&K also.
