1. The Appointments of the office bearers are under finalization in the State of Jharkhand. The post of State Advisor ( CDC ) is held presently by Mr Prabhakar Singh.
2. To further coordinate the functioning of the NGO, a need is felt to appoint President ( CDC ) to bring synergy amongst various Appointments.
3.. National Committee and National Chief Secretary hereby appoint Mr Prabhakar Singh as President ( CDC), Jharkhand. He is required to work in conjunction with other Appointments, for smooth functioning of the organization.
4. The laid down Chain of reporting should be strictly followed in planning , execution and decision making functions of various activities of the NGO in the State of Jharkhand.
