A large number of citizens from all walks of life are coming under the umbrella of NCCHWO.The citizens have started more confidence in the NGO, as our members are under taking welfare activities for those who are Untouched and Unseen. At number of places ,the NCCHWO has helped the needy in remotest areas, in conjunction with local political parties/other Organizations ,in order to locate the needy , followed by efforts to provide timely relief .
On the other hand, to help comparatively small number , members also make personal donations to help out distressed and needy people. 2. Twenty needy families from Banashankari area of Bangalore were reported to be under distress and required ration. help. Continuing with the trend of setting personal example and leading from the front, Dr.Paveen Ranka , NCCHWO. General Secy, Karnataka State , decided to collect resources through personal donations and contributions from other volunteers. A ration kit was prepared and Twenty families were provided ration for a period of one month.
3. The NCCHWO members are taking a multiple approach and helping out distressed people by taking help of Govt resources ,or, alternatively, making personal contributions to help out the needy.The presence of NCCHWO members in
remote areas and providing relief to the needy families has added to the credibility and reputation of the NGO. The National leadership has appreciated the Team Karnataka for their selfless service , for a noble cause and urged them to continue doing the good work.
