Jammu. 1.The first step of organization of NCCHWO was accomplished in UT of J&K. The core members were selected based on their integrity HBand flare for social work. Finally a team of dedicated FCworkers was announced after watching the past performance and record of each member.The NCCHWO team of J&K was lead by Brig Harcharan Singh, VSM assisted by Mrs Pooja Malhotra,who heads Women Empowerment and CD at National level . 2. To motivate the group, accomplished personalities were made part of Golden Group, to motivate the members. Our group was proud to have with us the pride of the country ,Param Veer Chakra winner, Capt Bana Singh. Two Veer Naris were also included in this Elite Golden Group, ie, Mrs Sharda Bhau and Mrs Ruby Bano. The husband's of these ladies sacrificed their Life for the country, in the line of duty.For the empowerment activities of these ladies , a Veer Nari Cell was established , with services of Mrs Paramjit Kour, Mr Devinder Singh and Capt Ghar Singh Advocate Supriya was appointed as legal advisor to help the Veer Naris to get justice at the earliest.
3. Mrs Pooja Malhotra is already in National team as incharge of Women Empowerment and Civil Defence. She has taken services of an international Gold medalist, Mr Brijesh Bhau.This team will prepare ladies in Self Defence Techniques and accomplished students will be trained to compete in National/International Championships.
4. To cover media events, services of Ms Amar from Info Bug Group has been taken,who is heading Info Bug Group.The team is already covering important news on regular basis
5. Mrs Rohini Aima is Principal of a reputed school, with several awards to her credit.She will coordinate the events related to Education and motivation/ guidance of students through councelling. 6. Col Ajay Kumar Raina is decorated with gallantry award of Sena Medal for bravery. He is an accomplished writer of national fame. He would advise on conduct of Adventure events for members, to inculcate spirit of adventure in youth. 7. To look after interests of weaker section , Mrs Gurvinder Kour has been made incharge of SC/ST Cell.She is renowned social activist.
8.Mr Prikshit Gupta would give expertise of event management .
8. Mr Giat Nandan Jain is a dynamic personality, heading many a NGOs. He will guide the group as Vice President. He will be joined by Sh Narinder Jain to plan various activities and programmes.
9. The finances are importent part of planning . Sh Ramnik Singh will manage accounts as Treasurer.
10. The overall coordination of group will be done by meticulous planning by Mr Navin Jain . He is a skillful and experienced Social Worker of repute.
11. The group plans to undertake the Welfare activities as a team. Together,we will make a difference. 12. The group is supported by more than 12 reputed NGOs if J&K to achieve its aim. We believe in jointness and togetherness if efforts to serve the poor, weaker section of society and upliftment of deprived .
