Due my my health problems. It has been decided by Central Committee that the Charge of the of Jharkhand should be handover to Brig. Harcharan Singh National Advisory Secretary (Civil Defense Cell) & Overall Incharge of J&K.
By 3rd of June'2021 Brig. Harcharan Singh will be overall Incharge for the State of Jharkhand. He is fully authorised to take any decision under intimation to Chief Secretary. His every decision will be Acceptable to me. All are requested to please cooperate him. All five authorised Heads are required to pl arrange virtual meeting with Brig. Sahab, how to start working so that all state can be operated smoothly.
