1. The work load of the NGO has increased manifold, thereby , a need is felt to appoint a National Administrator for smooth functioning . *Brig Harcharan Singh is presently working in the capacity of National Advisory Secretary (Civil Defense Cell) & Overall Incharge of J&K and JHARKHAND.
2. National Committee and National Chief Secretary hereby appoint Brig Harcharan Singh as National Administrator*. He is authorised to take report from the Heads of each State , on all matters pertaining to functioning of Organization and take decisions ,after discussion with Undersigned. State Chiefs will interact with Brig Harcharan Singh on day by day functioning , wherein, undersign will be kept informed , before directions for major decisions are passed. State Heads will interact with undersigned, only if decision on a major issue is warranted.
3. All Heads of the States will follow the Reporting channel, as given in this order. A similar Reporting channel will be formalized by each State for better coordination and decision making, for betterment of the NGO.
